Yes. We do perform change orders but prefer that the choices are made before the construction process begins so that we understand exactly what we are designing and maintain our proposed schedule.

There are a couple of things you can do to help the project flow in a timely manner. First, make sure all selections are completed before the build starts. We understand that there may be some changes along the way, but if the build can be completed in line with upfront expectations, then we will be able to maintain your original schedule. Second, please do not try and help with the construction process. Our team of professionals will take over your dream project and turn it into reality. To keep them organized and maintain their high-quality level of work, we ask that you allow them to do all on-site construction. Lastly, the office staff will stay in constant contact with you and let you know if there is anything that requires your assistance. Clear and consistent communication helps your project to be done accurately and in a timely manner.

You can expect updates from Oakstone Creations and Design through weekly reports sent out by our office staff with thorough notes from our field staff. You can also call the office or the project manager during normal work hours with any questions that may arise.
